Singles Day, also known as Double 11 or the Chinese Black Friday, is arriving early in 2026. Although the event traditionally takes place on November 11, AliExpress has opened its promotion period from November 1 to 18, several weeks before the US Black Friday on November 27.
The shopping event originated in China as a celebration of single people. Alibaba turned it into a retail campaign in 2009 on Taobao Mall, now Tmall, with 27 merchants participating in its first year. It has since become one of the world’s largest online shopping events.
Among the highlighted offers is the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro controller, reduced to €53.96 from €79.99 with the code 11FR08. The controller includes full-size grips, two programmable rear paddles, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a C button for launching GameChat.
The Joyor Y8-S electric scooter is available for €323.24 with the code 11FR60. It features a 48-volt, 26 Ah battery and a 500-watt motor, with the manufacturer claiming up to 100 kilometres of range. Its equipment also includes 10-inch tyres, suspension and front and rear disc brakes. At approximately 25 kilograms, however, it is better suited to users who do not need to carry it regularly up stairs.
The Zendure SolarFlow 1600 AC+ home battery is listed at €457.98 with the code FRD1180, compared with a stated price of €719. The unit stores excess solar production in a 1.92 kWh battery for later use. Its capacity can reach 11.52 kWh with separately sold expansion batteries, while the full 1,600-watt output also requires an extension; the standalone battery provides 800 watts.
Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 bone-conduction headphones are offered at €77.56 instead of €199.99, with free delivery to France. A €13 discount is applied automatically at checkout. Their open-ear design is aimed particularly at runners and cyclists who want to remain aware of their surroundings.
AliExpress promotional codes announced for the campaign apply to selected products delivered in France. The discounts range from €3 on orders of at least €18 with code 11FR03 to €80 on orders of at least €469 with code 11FR80. Other available codes are 11FR13 for €13 off €79, 11FR24 for €24 off €139, 11FR40 for €40 off €229 and 11FR60 for €60 off €349. Only one code can be used per order, and some codes may be subject to usage limits.
Customers should check that the discount appears in the order summary before payment. Import charges can also depend on the shipping origin. Products already stored and cleared in the European Union generally do not require import fees at delivery. For goods shipped directly from China, a €3 customs duty per product category applies to shipments valued at €150 or less from July 1, 2026, while a €2 processing fee per category applies from November 1. For shipments up to €150, the two charges can therefore total €5 per category, excluding VAT and possible carrier fees.
