Amazon has initiated an invitation-only process for pre-ordering the two largest boxes in the Pokémon 30th Anniversary collection: the Ultra-Premium Mentali and Noctali sets. Following the release of initial boxes, mini-boxes, and Pokéboxes, these new collections represent the most substantial offerings yet. Each Ultra-Premium box includes 30 booster packs and exclusive promotional cards, with the Mentali version featuring a daytime theme and the Noctali version showcasing a nighttime aesthetic.
To attempt securing one of these sets on Amazon, customers must first request an invitation. This registration does not guarantee a purchase; only selected clients will be permitted to place an order. Consequently, it is advisable to submit a request before the official release rather than relying on immediate availability on launch day. If Amazon selects a request, the customer will receive an email allowing them to complete their order within a limited timeframe.
The Mentali and Noctali boxes follow the Ultra-Premium format previously used for the 25th Anniversary Celebrations set and later adapted for Charizard and the 151 expansion. Priced at €229.99 per unit, acquiring both versions would cost nearly €460. While the core contents are identical, the sets differ in their promotional cards, metal coins, and accessory themes. Each box contains 29 boosters from the 30th Anniversary expansion, a special Classic Collection booster with three cards, a shiny Pikachu-ex promo card unique to each version, and either a shiny Mentali-ex or Noctali-ex promo card.
Additional contents include a playmat featuring Pikachu and various Pokémon, 65 card sleeves with a deck box, a metal coin of either Mentali or Noctali, six damage counter dice, and a code card for the Pokémon Live TCG app. Amazon is also preparing pre-orders for other anniversary products, including the Premium Metamorph box (€54.99), collections featuring Mew and Mewtwo figures (€39.99 each), and tripacks for Lucario and Noadkoko (€20.99 each).
The platform has also listed formats for the upcoming Mega-Evolution – Delta Reign expansion, scheduled to arrive in stores on November 6, 2026, headlined by Mega-Rayquaza-ex. Available formats include the Elite Trainer Box, a six-booster bundle, an 18-booster display, and a tripack. While the Noctali Ultra-Premium box and the Delta Reign expansion are expected on November 6, the Mentali box release is anticipated to be delayed until November 27.
Consumers are advised to remain vigilant regarding counterfeit stores while seeking these high-demand items. Recent reports have identified dozens of fake Pokémon card shops appearing when major retailers are out of stock. Buyers should verify the identity, address, and sales conditions of any unknown retailer before providing banking information.
