Anker has announced the Eufy Window Camera E10, a new indoor security device engineered to monitor exterior spaces such as front porches, driveways, and yards through a window. Unlike traditional outdoor cameras, this unit is installed inside the home, eliminating the need for weatherproofing while still providing external surveillance. The product follows a similar concept to the Wyze Window Cam released nearly a year ago but introduces several hardware upgrades.

The E10 attaches directly to the interior of a window using an included mounting sticker designed to minimize glare and reflections. Anker states that this installation process takes less than a minute. However, because the device lacks a rechargeable battery, users must manage a power cord, which may require routing or hiding depending on the specific window location.

Priced at $79.99 via Anker's online store and Amazon, the E10 is more than twice the cost of the $34.98 Wyze Window Cam. This price difference reflects significant improvements in video quality; while the Wyze model is limited to 1080p, the E10 supports a maximum resolution of 2.5K (2,688 x 1,520) and captures video at 15 frames per second. Additionally, the E10 provides a wider field of view with 105 degrees horizontally and 57 degrees vertically.

To accommodate various installation heights, such as upstairs windows, the camera features a manual adjustment wheel on the back that allows the lens to tilt up or down by 25 degrees. Other key specifications include color night vision, a microphone optimized for louder noises given its indoor placement, and AI-powered motion detection capable of distinguishing between humans, animals, and vehicles. Footage can be stored locally on a microSD card up to 256GB or uploaded to the cloud through an optional subscription service.
