Xiaomi says the Xiaomi 18 Pro series will arrive in global markets in November. The company announced the launch on social media, while leaks point to two possible additions: the 41 mm Xiaomi Watch S5 and Xiaomi Clip earbuds. Xiaomi has not confirmed the accessories’ full specifications or official prices for each market.
The Watch S5 is reportedly planned in black and light blue, with a stainless-steel case measuring 9.9 mm thick and weighing 36 grams without its strap. Its round 1.32-inch AMOLED display is said to have a resolution of 466 × 466 pixels and peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The watch is also expected to run Xiaomi’s HyperOS, with an updated interface and interactive watch faces.
According to leaked specifications, its 590 mAh battery could last up to eight days under normal use or 14 days in power-saving mode. In that mode, heart-rate readings would be taken once every ten minutes. Health and fitness features are reported to include heart-rate tracking, three temperature sensors for menstrual-cycle estimates, and activity and sleep summaries, as well as tools for calorie-deficit tracking and workout planning.
Other reported Watch S5 features include 5 ATM water resistance, a digital compass, barometer, NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.4. Satellite navigation is expected to support GPS and other global systems.
The Xiaomi Clip earbuds may also be part of the international launch. Slovak retailer Planeo listed them for €137.90, approximately R$815, although they were not available to buy when the listing was reported. The listing showed four colors: gold, white, purple and black. Each earbud is said to weigh 5.5 grams and carry an IP57 rating for dust and water resistance under specified conditions.
Leaked details also point to 11 mm dynamic drivers, Bluetooth 5.4 and three microphones. Battery life is reportedly up to nine hours per charge, or 38 hours with the charging case. The case charges through USB-C, and the earbuds are said to support SBC and AAC audio codecs. Further details on the Xiaomi 18 Pro, Watch S5 and Xiaomi Clip are expected around the global launch.
