Rockstar has announced preload dates for Grand Theft Auto 6 ahead of the game’s November 19, 2026 release. Xbox Series players can begin downloading at 9 p.m. Brasília time on November 9, while the PS5 preload starts at midnight on November 10, Brasília time.
Physical editions containing a game code are expected at official retailers from November 12. Players who obtain a code can preload the game and begin playing when it launches. Rockstar says GTA 6 will require up to 212 GB of storage, with requirements varying between PlayStation and Xbox platforms and potentially accounting for a day-one update.
On launch day, Rockstar will offer a printable poster featuring the game’s cover art and a free digital download of the Leonida map. Neither item requires a preorder or purchase. The company will also sell a double-sided physical version of the poster through its store for US$0.99, or include it as a bonus with any purchase on the platform. Rockstar has not said whether the physical poster will be available in Brazil.
